19th century French mantel clock having pierced brass dial overlaid on an ebonized wood back. Black Roman hour numerals on porcelain inserts and silvered hands. Bronze case having filigree overlaid on ebonized wood panels on the front and sides, decorated with urn and dolphins. Cherub with conch shell finial to top and feet decorated with masks. Movement marked 2337, 6. Measures 20" (51cm) height.
