Each auction will have an illustrated internet catalogue including photos, description and estimates. Items will be available for public exhibition in our salesroom on a specified day prior to each sale. You may view the upcoming auction dates and catalogues on our Auctions Page.

All of our auctions will be available for internet, telephone and absentee bidding. Internet bidding will be through liveauctioneers.com and invaluable.com. First time bidders must register. Telephone and Absentee bidders will be required to fax or e-mail us the Bidder Form.

Please note: Phone bids under $200 will not be accepted. Please leave an absentee bid or bid online.

Accepted forms of payment include cash, check, Visa, Mastercard and wire transfer. Invoices greater than $2,000 require payment by certified check, bank check or wire transfer only. We reserve the right to hold merchandise purchased by personal check for up to ten business days.

Auction purchases must be paid for and picked up no later than seven days after the auction. Items left beyond this period will be subject to a storage fee. Shipping is the responsibility of the buyer. Antiques & Modern will require written authorization from the buyer to release property to any party not listed on the invoice.
