Classique 8317 Art Nouveau style lamp. Shade is a beautiful reverse hand painted landscape scene. The shade has a canvas textured exterior surface giving the painting a much softer look. The textured bronze lamp base has a hammered look finish and also features a intertwined motif band to center and lower rim. Made in Chicago, Illinois, circa 1910. Signed on the inner rim of the lamp shade "Classique 8317" . Measures 21 3/4" (55.2cm) height by 18" (45.7cm) diameter of lamp shade.
